Free Return Shipping for Damaged Artwork

We want to assure you that your artwork will be delivered in pristine condition. In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during postage, we offer free return shipping for damaged items. Here's how the return process works:

 

Process of Returning an Artwork:

  1. Packaging:

We request you to pack the artwork in its original packaging, if available. If you have already discarded the original packaging, please ensure that you securely repackage the artwork yourself. It's important to use protective materials to prevent any further damage during transit.

  1. Contact Us:

Reach out via Email to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and multiple photos of the damage.

  1. Courier Pickup:

We will coordinate a courier to pick up the artwork from your location. Please note that courier services operate between 9 am and 5 pm, and we can only specify the day, not the exact time.

  1. Shipping Labels:

Once the courier pickup is scheduled, we will email you the necessary shipping labels. These labels need to be printed and securely affixed to the package. Remove any older labels or barcodes to avoid confusion during the return process.

  1. Artist Assessment:

Upon receiving the returned artwork, the artist will assess whether it can be fixed and re-sent to the collector or if a refund is necessary. We value the efforts and time put into each piece, and if a repair is possible, we will make every effort to provide you with a fully restored piece.

  1. Refund Process:

As soon as the assessment is complete, we will either process your refund or give an estimate time of completion and begin repairs. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

Alternative Option:

If you prefer, we also offer the option to convert the refunded amount into Store credit, which doesn't expire. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website. Please let us know your preference, and we will accommodate your request accordingly.
