I was commissioned by Koala Living to create two original artworks for their collection.

Eucalypt Reverie and Outback Mirage both now available as embellished prints online and in-store.
The process was a genuinely collaborative one. We worked back and forth to find the pieces they were after, and from those conversations both works found their direction naturally.
Outback Mirage is a warm, earthy exploration of the Australian desert, rich rust, terracotta, and burnt sienna tones that capture that raw energy and quiet stillness of the outback.
Eucalypt Reverie moves through layered greens and soft earth tones, drawing from the muted beauty of native eucalyptus and the shifting light of the Australian bush.

Both pieces were built through multiple layers of different mediums, allowing natural textures and organic patterns to emerge rather than be controlled which is very much how I like to work. It’s an intuitive process, and one I find deeply connected to the landscape that inspires me.
