• ABOUT

As a Melbourne-based artist, I delve into the exploration of distinctive and challenging artistic mediums, such as Resin, Alcohol Inks, and Mixed Media.

Mastering these mediums has been a journey marked by time and numerous learning curves.
Merging these mediums introduces a new level of complexity to my artistic process. The allure of working with multiple mediums serves as a constant source of inspiration, pushing me to create some of my most exceptional pieces.

In recent years, my passion for Resin has flourished. Working extensively with this intricate medium, it is a complicated medium, with only few Australian artists working with it on such a large scale.
I have spent considerable time mastering this skill, which has involved numerous meltdowns!! Nevertheless, resin’s unpredictable nature has become a catalyst for producing truly one-of-a-kind artwork, where no two pieces are alike. Employing multiple layers and various pouring techniques, I strive to achieve a flawless, glass-like finish that enhances the uniqueness of each creation. Currently, I am fully dedicated to advancing my career on a full-time basis.

  • EXHIBITIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS

In 2022, I held my first Solo Exhibition, titled “Flourish”, at The Stan Gallery in Mount Waverly, Victoria.

In 2023, I was commissioned by the prestigious Lanson Place, a 5-star international hotel, to create 82 distinct artworks.

In 2024 I secured a licensing agreement for reproduction and distribution of selected artworks. I am currently partnering and creating these artworks and the company will be revealed soon!

MATERIALS

All artwork is made using the highest quality resin, both UV-stable and 100% Australian-made, in support of Australian manufacturing. Unlike other mediums, resin is strong and resistant to damage. Upon completion, the artwork provides a beautiful glass-like finish, bringing a unique element to any room. To ensure quality and strength, each canvas is made here in Melbourne with either aluminum or wooden panels. The board is reinforced with a wooden frame on the back. In the case of wooden boards, the board is primed and sealed before the resin is applied. The resin runs down the side of the artwork, so a frame is not necessary however, can be organised.

CARE GUIDE

The artwork provides a beautiful glass-like finish. Just like glass, cured resin has a smooth, shiny surface that can show fingerprints or dust and may need occasional cleaning. Clean your resin artwork using liquid car wax, wiping the car wax on with a microfiber towel and buffing off with a clean/ dry microfiber towel. Alternatively, clean your resin artwork as you would clean glass by spraying it with a mild glass cleaner, then gently wiping it dry with a microfiber towel.

When hanging your newest artwork please ensure you either
• Locate and screw into the stud of the wall.
• Use plasterboard fixings that withstand the weight of the artwork.
