RBGV Annual Report
BRIEF: Design an Annual Report for the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria.
“We create experiences and special places that help everyone to learn and see the world differently” — RBGV
I took inspiration from this quote from the Annual Report and created the concept “See it differently”. I developed the concept of Flora Abstract, highlighting close-up patterns in plants. By transforming natural colors into vibrant reds and editing the images with a screen-printed effect, the visuals become almost unrecognizable.
A pink, red, and blue analog color palette creates cohesion, while a 9x6 grid structure and negative space guide the layout. The round, open Century Gothic font ensures readability.

MELBOURNE FASHION WEEK
BRIEF: Draw inspiration from a myth or legend and design an event.
I drew inspiration from the myth of the Trojan Horse, which had become a symbol of deception.
In my project, I delved into the deceptive nature of modern beauty standards, drawing a parallel to the Trojan Horse myth. In today’s world, distinguishing reality from edited had become increasingly challenging.
My vision for this brief involved a high-end fashion editorial shoot that exuded a sense of cleanliness and luxury.

Ethics, Ideology & Anti-consumerism
BRIEF: Design a publication based on Stacy Thompson’s article.
Stacy Thompson’s work delves into the idea that capitalism controls its own image through carefully constructed narratives.
My concept examines capitalism and consumerism in a fluid, ever-changing state. It aims to highlight how the public is misled and that true control ultimately resides within the capitalist system itself.
